What a Lombard advance is
A Lombard advance is a purchase of future receivables, not a loan.
Lombard purchases a fixed amount of a merchant's future card receivables at a discount. The merchant delivers them as a fixed percentage of each day's card settlement — deducted before deposit, never from your bank account. There is no fixed end date; the delivery period is an estimate derived from observed card volume.
All fees
Funding cost: a single factor rate — you deliver a fixed total per dollar advanced. The current range is stated in your offer. No monthly fee on the advance and no prepayment penalty — finishing early never costs more; the purchased amount is fixed when you sign, and the only additions are the fees listed in the agreement's fee schedule, each tied to a specific event named there — never to a slow month. If an origination fee applies to your offer, it is stated in dollars in the disclosure before you sign. Every offer is accompanied by the cost disclosure your state requires, with a worked example, before you sign.
Processing cost: card processing pricing is provided individually, in writing, before you sign. A monthly software subscription applies to paid plans; its amount and billing method are stated in your agreement before you sign. Equipment is separate and is not included: you can buy it outright, or lease it to own through Lombard Pay under an Equipment Lease Agreement — a fixed monthly amount billed through your processing account. The amount and term depend on the equipment and are stated in your lease before you sign, and no charge exists that is not listed there.
There are no fees other than those described on this site and in your agreement.
Accreditations
Lombard does not claim any third-party accreditation, certification or award.
State disclosures
Wherever you are, Lombard states the dollars you receive, the dollars you deliver, and the difference between them — before you sign. Where your state prescribes its own disclosure form, you get that too. The states that currently require commercial financing disclosures are listed on the state disclosures page.
