Terms of Service
Last updated August 16, 2026
Who we are, and what this covers
These terms govern your use of lombardpay.com, operated by Lombard (29090 Picana Ln, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543). They cover the website and its application funnel — nothing more.
If Lombard funds your business or provides your card processing, those relationships are governed by their own signed agreements — the receivables purchase agreement and the processing agreement — not by this page. Where these terms and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.
What Lombard offers
Lombard provides merchant services and working capital. A Lombard advance is a purchase of future receivables: we purchase a fixed amount of a business's future card sales at a discount, and the business delivers them as a percentage of each day's card settlement. It is not a loan, and nothing on this site is an offer of credit.
Nothing on this website is an offer. Checking your eligibility does not involve a credit pull and does not obligate you or us. Any actual offer arrives in writing, with the disclosures your state requires, and takes effect only when signed.
Using the site
Submit true information. Don't probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to break the site, and don't use it to send us other people's information without their permission.
Accuracy and status of information
We work hard to keep this site honest — figures marked illustrative are exactly that. Site content is general information, not financial, legal, or tax advice, and may change without notice. The terms of any actual offer are the ones in the offer's own documents.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lombard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website itself. This section does not limit anything in a signed funding or processing agreement, which each carry their own terms.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes about the website belong in the state or federal courts of Pasco County, Florida.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Questions: hello@lombardpay.com — or see our disclosures.
