State disclosures
Wherever you are, Lombard states the dollars you receive, the dollars you deliver, and the difference between them — before you sign. Where your state prescribes its own disclosure form, you get that too.
The following states currently require providers of commercial financing to deliver a disclosure with every offer:
- California
- Connecticut
- Florida
- Georgia
- Kansas
- Louisiana
- Missouri
- New York
- Texas
- Utah
- Virginia
Merchants in these states receive the disclosure their state prescribes, with every offer, before signing. Every merchant, in every state, also receives Lombard's own plain-dollar summary: the dollars you receive, the dollars you deliver, and the difference between them — with a worked example. Where both documents are given, they describe the same offer and reconcile to the dollar.
The prescribed state disclosure forms accompany each offer individually; they are specific to the offer's amounts and are not reproduced generically on this site.
